About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00074, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration's Regional Acquisitions office in College Park, GA. The amendment provides responses to two questions regarding Factor 1 (Past Performance) and Factor 2 (Corporate Experience) evaluation criteria.
The key changes revise the requirements to specify that a minimum of two projects (rather than all projects) must be for high-rise buildings as defined by IBC 2018. For both factors, offerors must provide 2-5 projects completed within the last 15 years that are similar in size, scope and complexity to the Statement of Work. Key project requirements include: at least one project with cold climate experience similar to Anchorage, LEED certification, and complex systems coordination; at least one project in a high seismic activity area (IBC 2018 category D or higher); and at least one project valued at $120 million or greater. The amendment clarifies that additional information may be added to CPARs submissions if they don't include all required criteria, and offerors may submit the same projects for both Factor 1 and Factor 2.
