About this file
This document contains test cases for a domestic trip travel and expense management system. It outlines test scenarios, roles, test case IDs, descriptions, preconditions, and requirement mappings for use cases including generating a profile, making a reservation, creating an authorization, approving an authorization, generating a voucher, requesting disbursement, and a test case example. The test cases are mapped to requirements in RTM 2.0 and a service blueprint for domestic trip management. They cover capturing, providing, developing and documenting various traveler, trip, reservation, authorization, voucher and payment information consistent with the Federal Travel Regulation.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the E-Gov Travel Service Next Generation Travel and Expense technology managed service. The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service is seeking this travel and expense management system to replace the current E-Gov Travel Service and integrate additional capabilities. The test cases appear designed to test requirements for such a system prior to a full solicitation and award.
