About this file

This document is a presentation for the GSA 2025 Fall Open Season Conference covering vehicle acquisition for multiple programs. The conference focuses on three specific procurement opportunities: 47QMCA23R0011 (Outside the Continental U.S. Vehicle Program), 47QMCA24R0006 (Main Bus Program), and 47QMCA21R0013 (Transit Bus Program). Key dates include the Fall Open Season Industry Day on September 17, 2025, bid period opening on September 22, 2025, and bid period closing on October 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern.

The presentation provides detailed guidance for vehicle suppliers on the bidding process through GSAFleet.gov, including system access, vendor profile management, and bid submission requirements. Important procurement parameters include a Statutory Price Limitation of $40,000 for sedans and $41,140 for passenger vans and station wagons. The open season allows existing contractors to update pricing, specifications, and optional equipment, while new offerors can submit full proposal packages. The process will be governed by FY26 Federal Standards, with awards expected around December and to be posted on GSAFleet.gov. Vendors must pay close attention to option codes, conflicts, and compliance with federal regulations.
