About this file
This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section for a construction project at the Jack C Montgomery VAMC. The specification details requirements for a web-based Project management software package to be used throughout the project, with Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent platforms. The software must provide comprehensive project communication and documentation features, including project data compilation, access control, document workflow planning, tracking of project communications, handling of PDFs, processing payment applications and contract modifications, creating meeting minutes, document management, and mobile device compatibility.
The specification mandates that the contractor provide user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and Architect's consultants, along with eight hours of software training. At project completion, a digital archive must be provided in a format readable by common desktop software applications, with data locked to prevent further changes. The project is associated with VA's Technology Acquisition Center and involves constructing EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Jack C Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, Oklahoma, under solicitation number 36C77624R0046.
