Answered Questions

Issue 1 – Load Flow Study (Section 4.3)

Question: Will voltage drop measurements satisfy the Load Flow Study requirement, or is there a specific guideline to follow? The load flow study must determine the voltage, current, power flows, and losses in an electrical power system under steady-state conditions.

Issue 2 – ATO Software Updates (Sections 4.1.1 & 4.3.2)

Question: Who is the authorized vendor for obtaining software versions and updates, and what is the pricing structure? This awardee will be required to investigate the ATO program software and determine if upgrades are required. Any upgrades will be executed via modification if determined to be warranted.
