1. VA revision Edit Sheet AE101B Room 30650, Dishwasher Answer: Delete the dishwasher from the staff breakroom (30650), provide cabinet with doors.
2. Ref Q&A #27- What is the thickness of the underlayment that is to be removed? Does the entire 3rd floor require underlayment removal and a new self-level floor infill throughout the space? Or just her areas designated with keynote D2.1 & D2.2 on drawing AD102?
The general demolition note 2 on drawing AS102 indicates to remove existing construction on the floor to expose the structural floor slab. Keynote D2.1 & D2.2 are not shown in all rooms therefore what areas require underlayment removal? How thick is it? What type of material is required to infill the areas of underlayment removal? Is a 0 to 1” self-level underlayment required or is the area more than 1” and require 3/8” pea-gravel added to the mix?
