About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) response form (NH03) regarding Project 610-20-103 for the renovation of Building 16 at the Department of Veterans Affairs facility in Marion, IN. The document contains a specific question about window specifications and the corresponding official response.
The contractor (Don Jungst from Nora/Hagerman) inquired about a discrepancy in window specifications, noting that Storage rooms 222 and 218A were designated to have W5 windows, which according to drawing AS701 are sliding transaction windows used in room 205. Viridian Architectural Design, Inc. provided an official response on December 24, 2024, clarifying that the W5 windows shown in rooms 222 and 218A should actually be W4 windows. The RFI was addressed to Contracting Officer Christopher C. Lee at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Indianapolis.
