| 1. It is the intent of this pricing schedule to provide all the divisions of work associated with this project per the original design. Alteration or changes made to this schedule must clearly highlight and identify the proposed additional work as perceived by the Offeror. | |
| The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and expert supervision necessary for project #614-19-111, Replace Fire Alarm. The Medical center campus has an existing Notifier 3300 Fire Alarm System. The project will be a complete replacement of the existing with an all new system as detailed in the contract drawings; including but not limited to all controls panels, initiating devices, notification devices, control modules, etc. necessary for a fully Code compliant system. |
The period of performance for the work in the base offer 520 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
2. Lump sum price breakdowns will not be accepted. Lump sum price breakdowns are defined as a single price provided by the contractor for one division when each division has been broken down in price to a greater degree;
3. Divisions must still be listed even if not applicable to the construction requirement;
4. The information above does not propose to include all possible division or subdivisions needed for the requirement referenced above. Contractors shall provide all prices for each categorical column above and break down each specific division to the greatest degree possible, similar to what is referenced above. Utilizing this template in the contractor's proposal does not in any way require the Government to accept the price breakdown that is provided by the contractor or prevent the Government from requesting a further price breakdown.
