About this file
This document package includes specifications and drawings for a federal construction contract to replace the fire alarm system at the Memphis VA Medical Center campus. The project scope involves a complete replacement of the existing Notifier 3300 system with a new, code-compliant fire alarm system as detailed in the specifications and over 50 drawings. Key project details include demolishing the existing system across 15 campus buildings and a parking garage, installing new control panels, initiating devices, notification devices, and wiring throughout each building as shown. The specifications provide requirements for submittals, safety plans, training, inspections, personal protective equipment and other construction details to complete the fire alarm replacement for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
