Only the SDVOSB contractors are listed on this attendance list; and only one person from each company is listed.
* Numerous sub-contractors attended the site walkthrough. No attendance records were taken of the subcontractors.
* Contractors and subcontractors were provided access to the basement, first floor, second floor and attic.
* Stated to contractors and subcontractors:
* No specific questions could be answered during the site walkthrough. All questions are to be directed to the Contracting Officer.
* All RFI's are to be directed to the Contracting Officer following the requirements of the Solicitation.
* Highly suggested that contractors make available to their subcontractors electronic copies of all the drawings and specifications, not just ones for their respective discipline.
* Project work is shown in the drawings and specifications; the combination of both is the entirety of the project. Contractors are cautioned that no matter where the work is located in the drawings and specifications, it is covered under the contract and the responsibility of the Contractor.
* One participant stated he did not see quantities for asbestos abatement. The group was informed that the specifications provides for this and they need to relook at the contract documents. If the quantities are not in the contract documents then they can send in an RFI and it will be addressed.
* One participant stated that they did not see demolition drawings for one of the projects. The group was informed that there are demolition drawings and notes for both projects.
* SDVOSB contractors were informed that they need to contact the Contracting Officer if they want a copy of this list.
