These will be consolidated into two new task orders designated MAPSS Intelligence and MAPSS Security. The consolidation has been determined to be necessary and justified, delivering substantial measurable benefits to the Government that are critical to mission success while providing maximum practicable participation by small business. This notice is published for informational and planning purposes only in compliance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 7.107-3(b)(1), which requires public notification within seven days of a consolidation determination. A public version of the written D&F justifying the consolidation will be published concurrently with the release of formal solicitations. No response or action from industry is requested at this time.

SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Consolidate MAPSS Tranche 2 Contract Requirements
1.0 INTRODUCTION
This is a Special Notice of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) intent to consolidate contract requirements. This notice is published in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 7.107-3(b)(1), to publicize the determination made under the authority of RFO 7.107-2. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or a commitment by the Government.
Responses are not requested at this time.
2.0 NOTIFICATION OF CONSOLIDATION
In accordance with RFO 7.107-2, the Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) has approved a formal Determination and Findings (D&F) on June 23, 2026, which concluded the consolidation necessary and justified.
The legacy efforts being consolidated include:
• Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Next Security Operations and Counterintelligence (SecOps)
• TEAMS Next Intelligence and Counter-Insider Threat
• Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO) Integrated Security Support
• SAPCO Administrative and Field Support Services
The two (2) new MDA Advisory and Professional Support Services (MAPSS) task orders include:
• MAPSS Intelligence
• MAPSS Security
3.0 RATIONALE & BENEFITS
In accordance with RFO 7.107-2, the approved D&F documents that this consolidation of requirements is necessary, justified, and will deliver substantial, measurable benefits to the Government that are critical to mission success and that the procurement strategy provides maximum practicable participation by small business, satisfying RFO 7.107-2(e).
4.0 REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
This Special Notice is published in accordance with RFO 7.107-3(b)(1), which requires public notification within seven (7) days of a consolidation determination. Furthermore, in compliance with RFO 7.107-3(b)(2), a public version of the written D&F justifying this consolidation will be published concurrently with the release of the formal solicitations. As this is an informational notice to satisfy requisite publication timelines, no action by industry is requested or required at this time.
