About this file
This special notice announces the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) projected approach for the MAPSS procurement, the follow-on to the TEAMS-Next program. MAPSS will provide advisory and assistance services support over four generations, with requirements determined incrementally in tranches based on market research. The first tranche will evaluate using the General Services Administration's OASIS+ Best-in-Class Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contracts. Industry is encouraged to prepare to compete through these contracts if determined suitable for requirements. This notice provides background on MDA's strategy but is not a solicitation.
