About this file

Exhibit Q is a comprehensive document detailing information technology requirements and network responsibilities for a Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), involving a District and a Company. The document outlines the administrative and technical responsibilities for managing various software systems, networks, and technological infrastructure, including Process, Conveyance, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. The exhibit provides a detailed list of software managed by the District and administered by the Company, encompassing applications for vibration monitoring, PLC communication interfaces, HMI applications, historical data collection, and various control systems.

The document includes a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix that meticulously defines roles and responsibilities across multiple network activities, including management, operations, maintenance, cyber security, backup and restore processes, and administration and reporting. Key areas of focus include network access controls, hardware lifecycle management, system interfaces, application patching, and various reporting requirements. The matrix delineates specific responsibilities for MMSD ITS/ENG, MMSD Leadership, Company Technicians, and Company Leadership across different technological domains, ensuring clear accountability and communication protocols for the facility's IT and network operations.
