About this file

This is a detailed pricing proposal worksheet for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Request for Proposals (RFP P-3216) for the operation and maintenance of water reclamation infrastructure. The contract covers management, operation, and maintenance services for facilities at Jones Island and South Shore water reclamation facilities, with an operational start date of March 1, 2028. The proposal includes comprehensive pricing details for pre-term costs, annual base fees, task orders, corrective maintenance rates, predictive maintenance, and potential cost adjustments for differing operational conditions. The contract term appears to be for an initial period with potential for negotiated adjustments based on asset changes prior to the operational start date.

The pricing proposal worksheet breaks down costs across multiple categories, including utility shares (electricity, natural gas, chemicals), preventive maintenance, staffing, and various operational services. The document indicates the company will have a 60% cost share for certain utility and operational expenses at both facilities. Task orders are priced on a unit basis for services like sewer televising, cleaning, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and other specialized tasks. The proposal includes detailed hourly rates for maintenance staff across different skill categories and facilities, with provisions for potential credits or charges based on variations in daily average flow, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), and sludge processing volumes.
