About this file
Exhibit L is a detailed inventory document for a district's process chemical and consumables storage, outlining minimum storage requirements for a contract term. The document specifies inventory levels for various chemicals across multiple facilities, including sodium bisulfite, sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, polymer, dust suppressant, and ammonium sulfate. The inventory is categorized into two sections: JI Process Chemicals and SS Process Chemicals, with each chemical's storage location, number of tanks, tank capacity, and minimum storage requirements precisely documented. The district will transfer existing inventory to the selected company at the start of the term, with inventory value determined by a comprehensive physical inventory completed within three months of the term's start and end.
The document also lists minimum quantities for additional consumables and supplies, including 50,000 gallons of fuel oil, 25,000 gallons of propane, 40 inches of liquid nitrogen for D&D and silo systems, and 20 each of manhole frames and lids. As of a 2018 inventory, the total value of inventory was approximately $2,300,000. The inventory transfer process requires a comprehensive assessment not more than three months prior to the term's start, with the final inventory value adjusted by booked transactions through the term's end. This approach ensures a detailed and transparent transfer of all existing inventory, including spare parts, supplies, consumables, and process chemicals.
