TACCOM II - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2017036109 – AMENDMENT A0009
February 28, 2018
Amendment A0009 is issued “only” to the Offerors that submitted a proposal in response to the Department of Homeland Security, Solicitation Number 2017036109.
Therefore, Offerors who have not been advised by CBP of their elimination from the competition as of the date of this amendment must resubmit their proposal, including careful completion of the mandatory checklist to be provided.
To ensure completeness and proper submission by Offerors, this amendment is issued with a detailed checklist to aid Offerors in their resubmissions. Additionally, CBP will be holding a webinar to provide additional instructions for completing the proposal checklist. Nonetheless, it is the obligation of each Offeror to exercise diligence to ensure full compliance with all requirements of the solicitation in a proposal resubmission, including but not limited to all instructions contained in Section L.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issues amendment (A0009) to provide a revised RFP along with its associated documents.
TACCOM II RFP
· Proposals must be received by or before Friday March 16, 2018 at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time TACCOM II RFP Changes The Government has marked substantial changes in red; however, the Offeror must fully review the RFP to capture all modified content. The Government is not responsible if the Offeror missed an aspect of the RFP that changed and affects its proposal. Responsibility is on the Offeror to review ALL aspects of the RFP, including attachments.
