About this file
This is a delivery capacity response letter submitted by PPG Traffic Solutions Ennis-Flint, Inc. to the State of Arizona Department of Transportation in response to RFP BPM005719. The letter addresses a specific inquiry regarding the contractor's ability to meet delivery timeframes specified in the solicitation. The bid solicitation requires that all deliveries be made to specified locations within 21 calendar days of receipt of a purchase order, unless the eligible agency requests an extended delivery timeline at the time of order, in which case the agency may specify the exact delivery date and time.
PPG Traffic Solutions commits to meeting the 21-day delivery specification as outlined in the solicitation. In cases where unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain interruptions prevent timely delivery, the contractor will notify the end user immediately upon identifying such delays. The response was submitted on October 25, 2023, and provides contact information for Dane Alsabrook, Director of Contract Administration, as the primary point of contact for contract matters.

RE: State of Arizona RFP BPM005719
Delivery Time Question: How do you plan on meeting the delivery time frame in the solicitation and how you might mitigate long long lead times on items?
Per Bid Solicitation BPM005719, the delivery time required is as follows: Unless specified otherwise, at the time of order all deliveries shall go, in a neat and orderly fashion, to the locations specified within 21 calendar days of receipt of a purchase order (ARO). If specified by the eligible agency at the time of order, delivery times may be more than 21 days. If the eligible agency requests a delivery more than 21 days then the eligible agency shall have the right to specify the exact date and time of delivery.
A: It is our intent to meet the specification including the requested delivery times at time of order. In the event we are unable to meet the desired delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain interruptions, we will notify the end user as soon as these situations occur.
