About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to solicitation 140P2026R0091 for HAVO 326181, documenting 53 itemized changes to contract specifications and drawings resulting from Requests for Information (RFIs). The addendum modifies various technical requirements across multiple disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural work.
Key modifications include: removal of GNSS station and equipment as government-furnished material; addition of base course preparation requirements for temporary storage containers; addition of missing specification sections for resilient base (09 65 00) and resinous flooring (09 67 23); revision of plumbing fixture specifications from wall-hung to floor-mounted water closets (Sloan 2029); expansion of resource protection work restriction requirements for vehicle and equipment inspections; removal of optional work designation for sanitary sewer improvements; revision of underground pipe specifications from 24-inch to 30-inch corrugated HDPE; clarification of contract line item definitions; revisions to topsoil borrow sourcing and screening procedures; substantial modifications to Building 43 and Building 241 electrical service scope eliminating overhead-to-underground conversion; addition of slow sand filter valve replacement (six valves total) to Option B/CLIN 6; video surveillance system integration with Verkada Command environment; provision of 24-hour backup power UPS system for video surveillance; addition of demand critical weld inspection requirements; revision of anchor rod specifications to ASTM F1554 Grade 105; and clarification that probe drilling requirements under 3,000 psf bearing capacity do not apply. Multiple changes address inconsistencies between architectural, structural, and civil drawings, particularly regarding Rainshed 43 floor plans and Building 243 SAR building demolition versus full replacement options.
