About this file
This document is an Addendum to the solicitation for the Petersburg Office Consolidation contract opportunity, Solicitation #1240BJ24R0018. The addendum outlines several revisions to the mechanical and electrical drawings, including changes to the heat pump models, buffer tank sizes, circulation pump models, and electrical circuit breakers. The revisions are due to the discontinuation of the originally specified heat pump model. The federal contract opportunity is for the PDO Consolidation and Work Center Replacement project in Petersburg, Alaska on the Tongass National Forest. The solicitation includes a virtual pre-proposal meeting on July 25, 2024 and a question submission deadline of August 9, 2024. No substitution requests will be considered prior to award, and proposals must provide a complete response to the Technical Evaluation Factors to be considered further. The contract is being issued by the Department of Agriculture Forest Service.

NYK500H**J7002.
2. Sheet M0.02: Revise size of buffer tanks BT-1 and BT-2 to be 350 gallons. Taco BTL0350.
3. Sheet M0.02: Revise model of heating circulation pumps PMP-H1A and PMP-H1B to be
Taco 1911. 120 GPM, 50 feet TDH, 5 HP, 208V, 3ph, with VSD.
4. Sheet M0.02: Revise model of cooling circulation pumps PMP-C1A and PMP-C1B to be
Taco 1935. 120 GPM, 60 feet TDH, 5 HP, 208V, 3ph, with VSD.

On the normally closed (NC) port, add a bypass pipe that connects GHS with GHR (at the 3-way valve) upstream of the strainer. On this bypass pipe, add a balance valve, set to 36
GPM.
Electrical Revisions:
6. Sheet E0.03: Panel MDP, revise circuit breakers for HP-1 and HP-2 from 80A/3P to 110A/3P.
7. Sheet E0.04: Panel 1NPB, revise circuit breakers for PMP-H1A and PMP-H1B from 20A/3P to 35A/3P.
8. Sheet E0.04: Panel 1NPC, revise circuit breakers for PMP-C1A and PMP-C1B from 20A/3P to 35A/3P.
9. Sheet E1.00: Revise conductor size for HP-1 and HP-2 from #4 AWG to #2 AWG.
Other Electrical Revision:
10. Sheet E8.00: Provide sheet note 16 to read “PROVIDE UPS, MAINTENANCE BYPASS
