About this file
This is an exhibits package for a Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) Maintenance and Repair Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the USDA-ARS located in Beltsville, Maryland. The package contains ten exhibits that establish the framework for contractor performance and reporting requirements throughout the contract period.
The exhibits include: Exhibit A identifying generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) locations at BARC; Exhibit B providing a complete listing of generators and ATS equipment; Exhibit C documenting the current operational status of equipment requiring contractor verification; Exhibit D presenting a Material Approval Submittal Form that contractors must complete for each material submittal; Exhibit E detailing a Schedule of Material Submittals required throughout the contract; and Exhibits F through J providing NFPA 110 compliant forms and logs for maintenance history, maintenance tracking, suggested maintenance schedules, maintenance and operational testing, and operational test reporting. Contractors are required to use the NFPA 110 Suggested Maintenance Schedule as a baseline to develop tailored maintenance schedules specific to USDA and BARC operational needs. Contractors may submit alternative reports in place of the provided NFPA 110 forms provided all required information is captured. The Material Approval Submittal Form must accompany each submittal, and additional submittals beyond those listed may be required during the contract period.
