About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for Invitation for Bid (IFB) number BPM007067 regarding Used Automotive Fluid Collection and Removal Services. The form allows offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages they may request during contract renewal periods if ADOT exercises its renewal options. The solicitation was posted on September 17, 2025, with proposals due on October 9, 2025, through Arizona's eProcurement Portal. The initial contract term is 12 months from the award date, with potential extensions through four renewal periods for a maximum total contract duration of 48 months. The services encompass routine and emergency collection of automotive fluids, oil filters, contaminated materials, and related items across multiple ADOT, Department of Public Safety, and Arizona Department of Corrections shop locations statewide, with delivery and pickup required Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Offerors must identify separate maximum price increase percentages for each of the four potential renewal periods, with each renewal period's increase calculated as a percentage of the original contract price rather than compounded against previous renewal prices. For example, if an offeror requests 2 percent increases, the form should reflect 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% for the respective renewal periods. The State of Arizona does not automatically grant any price increases upon contract renewal; documentation of need must be provided at the time of renewal request. If no price increase percentages are provided by the offeror, prices shall remain the same as the original contract term. An administrative fee of 1.5 percent (increasing to 2 percent on January 1, 2025) will be charged on all contract sales to cooperative purchasing members. Contractors must provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including commercial general liability of $2,000,000, business automobile liability of $1,000,000, and pollution legal liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
