About this file

This document outlines minimum deliverables for the Division of Architecture and Site Development (DASD) related to the Rockefeller Greenhouse Campus Construction Management at Risk (CM-R) project for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. The project comprises three distinct components: Project 1 is a Traditional Design-Build for the Rockefeller Greenhouse Admin Building, Forestry Garage, and Historic Brick Garage; Project 2 is a Traditional Design-Build for the Rockefeller Main Greenhouse General Improvements; and Project 3 is a Progressive Design-Build project for the Rockefeller Main Greenhouse solar glazing with a full project allowance. The deliverables specify the services and products the Construction Manager at Risk team must provide throughout the project lifecycle, including professional architecture, engineering, and construction services. The project is managed by the Mayor's Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP) through DASD and is funded through the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for City-owned facilities.

The document establishes the minimum requirements and standards that the selected Construction Management at Risk team partner must meet to ensure project success. These deliverables form the basis for the contractor's scope of work and define the technical, administrative, and professional standards expected throughout planning, design, construction, and project closeout phases. The deliverables document serves as a reference point for evaluating contractor performance and ensuring alignment with the City's mission of providing collaborative planning, sustainable design, technical expertise, and quality construction based on integrity and professionalism.
