About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment document submitted by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for the On Call Transit Consultant Services solicitation (BPM007068). The document establishes the framework for maximum price increase percentages that offerors may request during contract renewal periods. The contract term spans twelve months initially, with potential extension up to forty-eight months total across four possible renewal periods. Offerors must submit their maximum requested increase percentages for each of the four renewal periods in numerical form only. ADOT will not automatically grant any price increases at renewal; documentation of need must be provided at the time of renewal request.
The pricing structure requires that each renewal period's increase percentage be calculated against the original contract price, not compounded against previous renewal prices. For this specific solicitation, the maximum allowable increases are 3% for the first renewal period, 6% for the second renewal period, 9% for the third renewal period, and 12% for the fourth renewal period. If an offeror does not provide increase percentages in the attachment, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term. The solicitation allows ADOT flexibility in awarding multiple contracts for consulting services reimbursed on an hourly rate basis for actual work performed, with funding sourced through federal transit programs including FTA Sections 5311, 5310, and 5305.

The offeror is cautioned that each renewal period’s increase percentage shall be computed against the ORIGINAL contract price. If information is not provided in the space above, prices shall remain the same as the original contract term. Please see the following example for further clarification.

Each percentage increase is calculated using the original contract price. See example in table below.
