About this opportunity

The Georgia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids to establish a sole-brand open agency agreement for Nintex Workflow Software License Upgrade and Software Maintenance and Support, with proposals due June 6, 2011. This is a sole-source procurement — a decision-flipping constraint that limits competition to the named vendor's authorized channels.

The scope covers Nintex Workflow software license upgrades and maintenance and support services. Pricing is per one unit; the Department is not obligated to purchase minimum or maximum quantities. The initial contract term runs twelve months from execution, with renewal options for up to four additional one-year terms beginning July 1 through June 30 of each renewal period. The Department intends to make a single award but reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed in the best interest of the State.

Bidders must provide the company's full legal name as registered with the Georgia Office of Secretary of State and include a signature from the company principal or authorized agent. Inaccurate information may result in bid rejection. All vendor communication regarding this solicitation must be directed solely to the GDOT Contracting Officer; communication with any other party will result in bid rejection.

Written questions are due May 23, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. ET and must be submitted via email to Chris Alger, Issuing Officer, at calger@dot.ga.gov. Answers to all submitted questions will be posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry by May 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. ET. Only written questions and responses are binding; no oral responses will be recognized.
