About this opportunity

The Town of Parker, Colorado is issuing RFI 26-012 to solicit vendor information on Enterprise Asset Management technology solutions, with responses due June 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MST. The Town retained BerryDunn to conduct an Enterprise Resource Planning needs assessment and is evaluating potential EAM solutions to optimize or replace its existing technology environment across multiple municipal departments.

The scope spans asset management, work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory management, fleet operations, facilities management, parks and recreation, streets and stormwater infrastructure, traffic management, inspections, and reporting functions. The Town operates 30 buildings totaling 599,794 square feet, manages 17 parks, maintains 320 roadway miles and 44 bridges, and tracks 9,300 signs, generating approximately 43,518 work orders annually across facilities, parks, and infrastructure operations. The Town currently operates a hybrid environment combining Beehive, FASTER, GIS tools, Caselle, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes.

Vendors must respond to 47 general and technical requirements plus 26 asset management-specific requirements, indicating whether proposed solutions include modules as built-in, third-party integrated, or not provided. Responses must address functionality alignment; implementation approach and project duration; cost estimates covering software licensing, professional services, training, data conversion, hardware, and interface development, with separate recurring annual fees; integration capability with existing systems including CivicPlus Beehive, FASTER fleet management, Laserfiche document management, RoadAI pavement analysis, SmartForce police equipment tracking, and Sprocket facilities maintenance systems; data migration strategy; cybersecurity practices; scalability and reliability; current Colorado local government client base; and product roadmap direction.

The Town serves a population of 72,147 with a fiscal year budget of $328.46 million. Questions are due June 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MST. This RFI does not commit the Town to issue a formal RFP, award a contract, or reimburse response costs. All vendors are eligible to respond; no prequalification process applies.
