Pricing shall be submitted on an hourly basis according to the fee schedule provided in Exhibit B, with reimbursable expenses for travel and lodging adhering to State of Texas rates and payment terms established at Net 30 days in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2251. The total contract value is capped at $3,000,000.00 for the life of the agreement, which consists of an initial one-year term with three optional one-year renewal periods.
