About this opportunity
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is soliciting a service contract to provide support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements to the Crash Record Information System (CRIS), with proposals due November 25, 2026 via the Euna Procurement platform at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/ (Bonfire Reference #601440000053455).
Vendors must register on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) and select appropriate NIGP codes corresponding to the services they can provide. New suppliers may apply to the CMBL at https://comptroller.texas.gov/purchasing/vendor/cmbl/ or by calling 512-463-3459; existing TxDOT vendors should verify that their CMBL information is current and reflects applicable NIGP classifications.
The scope encompasses ongoing support, maintenance, and system enhancements to CRIS. The source does not identify an incumbent, estimated contract value, contract term, or detailed performance requirements. All updates, addendums, questions and answers, and changes will be posted on the TxDOT website; vendors are instructed to monitor regularly for amendments. Late submittals will not be accepted after the opening date and time. TxDOT's procurement contact is Steven Schoenthal, CTCD, reachable at Steven.Schoenthal@txdot.gov or 210-323-1651. Additional bidding-process support is available through the Euna Procurement knowledge base at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub.
