Contracting Activity, HQ USSOCOM SOF AT & L-KH (MacDill AFB, FL) has awarded 9Line, LLC, Tampa, FL firm fixed price service contract no. H9240019C0007 for a 12-month base period (1 Dec 2019 through 30 Nov 2020). This contract also contains four unexercised option periods, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative value to $59,029,287. Fiscal year 2020 operations and maintenance funds will be used for funding the base period subject to the availability of funds. This contract is to provide Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) services for non-clinical case management and training support to wounded, ill, and injured Special Operations Force Recovering Service Members (RSMs) in support of the Warrior Care Program. The focus areas are in Recovery Care Coordination, Military Adaptive Sports, Benevolence, Career Transition, and Operations as it relates to the U.S. Special Operations Command Warrior Care Program. Support services will be provided in 20 geographical locations throughout the United States and Overseas. The term of the contract including the four option periods is five years with an expected completion date of 30 Nov 2024. This contract was competed amongst Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns with seven proposals received.//END//

STATUS UPDATE (10-Jun-2019) The Government has completed initial evaluation of proposals submitted and are currently working on the necessary reports and briefings in support of establishing the competitive range (CR). The Government anticipates issuing notifications, and entering into discussions with those offerors determined to be in the CR in the late June to mid-July timeframe.

HQ USSOCOM is currently in the acquisition planning process for the re-competition, follow on effort for USSOCOM non-clinical case management support for Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) services (formerly 'Care Coalition' services) to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Warrior Care Program (WCP) which was awarded in 2014. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. A formal milestone schedule has not yet been finalized; however, the following are the tentative dates for release of information concerning the follow-on requirement:
