THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE BEING POSTED TODAY, 13 Nov 2014:
1. RFP QUESTIONS/ANSWERS- The RFP questions that have been received and and answered are being posted. Two sets of questions are being posted today.
2. WORD VERSIONS OF ATTACHMENT 1 (FACTS SHEET) AND ATTACHMENT 5 (PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE)- In order to make it easier to fill out these forms, both attachments are being posted in their Word versions.

This notice is being posted to announce a second site visit at Robins AFB, Georgia for those contractors interested in the follow-on for the Vehicle Maintenance services RFP, FA8501-14-R-0003. The site visit will be held on:
Friday, 5 December 2014 at 10:00 AM EST
Those interested in attending should email Brandi Morris at brandi.morris@us.af.mil. No more than two participants per contractor will be allowed to attend. All names for those planning to attend must be provided by 5:00 PM EST, 14 November 2014. The cutoff for any and all questions regarding the RFP and/or the site visit must be emailed to Brandi Morris no later than 11 December 2014.
Notice for those that attended the first site visit on 22 Jan 2014: This second site visit will be identical to the first site visit in both information provided and areas visited.

Added: Nov 04, 2014 3:47 pm RFP FA8501-14-R-0003 IS HEREBY POSTED. Early submission of proposals is both acceptable and greatly appreciated, but proposals must be received no later than 16 Dec 2014, 2:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time. However, offerors are requested to submit Volume IV, Present/Past Performance Information, so that it is received ten (10) calendar days prior to the required due date for proposals. Failure to submit Volume IV by the earlier date will not result in offeror disqualification.

This is a presolicitation notice for the Vehicle Maintenance services at Robins AFB, GA.
The contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and computer equipment (except those items listed under Government Furnished Property). The contractor shall provide Vehicle Management and Analysis (VM&A) services and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for approximately 1,100 vehicles assigned to Robins Air Force Base and within a permissible operating distance (POD) of 100 miles. Vehicle maintenance services include: Vehicle Management & Analysis, Corrosion Control activities, Fleet Management, Vehicle Control Function, Maintenance Control, Customer Service Center Operations, Tool Control Program, and Material Control. See the attached (draft) Performance Work Statement and Quality Assurance Plan.
This acquisition will be a Full and Open Competition with no restrictions. The Government anticipates award of 5-year contract composed of a one-year basic and four 1-year options.
