About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive topside deep cleaning services at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The solicitation requires extensive cleaning of interior spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas, with specific focus on tile flooring, grout, walls, and various accessories using germicidal detergents. Contractors must comply with strict security requirements, maintain NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity assessment scores of 110 or higher, and submit proposals including a Quality Control Plan and past performance documentation. The evaluation will be conducted using a lowest-price, technically acceptable approach with price and technical factors weighted equally. Following multiple amendments, the current proposal deadline is 11:00 am MST on September 19, 2025, with questions having been addressed through pre-bid answers published on September 3, 2025.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside with a contract value of $22,000,000 and a firm fixed price structure. The performance period is 150 calendar days from the date of award receipt, with work to be conducted during normal business hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding weekends and federal holidays. All work locations require escort supervision, and the facilities are spread across Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming under the management of F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The contract award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds, as the government has noted that funds are not presently available for this contract. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide detailed cost breakdowns using the government's specified template, with offers remaining valid for 62 calendar days from submission.
