About this file
The file is a Cost Breakdown Sheet (Attachment 6) for a deep cleaning project at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) located at FE Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The detailed Excel spreadsheet breaks down cleaning requirements by area type, including flooring (54,825 sq ft across carpet, rubber tile, and tile), ceilings (3,885 sq ft), walls (904 sq ft), and various accessories like bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and kitchen elements. The document provides instructions for contractors to fill out unit pricing for each area, with pricing to be calculated for one MAF and then multiplied across 15 total locations.
The associated federal contract opportunity, solicitation number FA461325R0009, is issued by the Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command and requires contractors to submit proposals by 11:00 am MST on Tuesday, 16 September 2025. Key submission requirements include a signed CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) receipt, NIST SP 800-171 assessment with a minimum score of 110, a Quality Control Plan, and a 2-page past performance document. The contract notes that funds are not currently available and are contingent on appropriation, with the deep cleaning project based on a Performance Work Statement dated 27 August 2025.
