The purpose of RFP N00019-15-R-0106 Amendment 0002 is:
1. Extend the proposal due date to Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. EST.
2. Delete NAVAIR clause 5252.245-9520 Associate Contractor Clause.

Added: Sep 30, 2015 10:10 am RFP N00019-15-R-0106 Amendment 0001 extends the proposal due date to October 6, 2015, at 5:00 EST. The extension was announced on FBO on September 21, 2015, and the attached SF30 amends the RFP to reflect that extension.

8-20-15 Q&A Update:
Industry's Question: I noticed the small business requirement was removed from the PWS but not Section L, Paragraph 3.7. Are small business required to describe how we're going to utilize other small businesses?
Government's Answer: Yes, small business is required to describe how they are going to utilize other small businesses. Section L is accurate.

This announcement constitutes a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).
Description: The Naval Air Systems Command Contracts Department (AIR-2.3.5.1), Patuxent River, MD intends to procure Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for 12 US Marine Corps UC-35 C/D aircraft. This requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00019-11-D-0002 currently being performed by M-7.
Contract Type: The Government intends to issue a single award Requirements Task order Contract to the SMALL BUSINESS evaluated as providing the "Best Value" to the Government, all factors considered in accordance with Sections L and M of the RFP.
Set Aside: This requirement is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS.
Questions Due Date: Questions regarding this DRAFT RFP are due no later than 5:30 PM EST on 28 August 2015.
NOTE: There is no commitment by the Government to make an award or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
