About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command seeks replacement of 1,665 fire suppression sprinkler heads and pendants across 15 Missile Alert Facilities and servicing of fire suppression alarm systems at 14 MAFs, with proposals due July 22, 2026 and questions due June 26, 2026. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside issued as a Request for Quotes under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures.

Place of performance is Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, with MAF locations distributed across Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming at distances of 59 to 128 miles from the base. The work is governed by a 180-calendar-day period of performance from award.

Offerors must hold either a current CMMC Level 2 Certification or a NIST SP 800-171 assessment completed within three years with a minimum score of 110 to access CUI drawings and be eligible for award; these credentials must be verified in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to proposal submission. All contractor personnel require Real ID-compliant identification and Entry Authority List approval, with 31 calendar days' processing time. Work must comply with NFPA 13 and NFPA 24 standards, include pressure leak tests before and after installation, and conform to a Performance Work Statement specifying exact replacement models (Victaulic sprinkler heads and pendants, Consilium CFD 500 software updates, and Honeywell Notifier alarm system updates). The NAICS code is 238220 and PSC code is J012.

Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer (LPTA) based on field survey acknowledgment, completed shop drawings, mission-essential contractor services plan submission, and satisfactory or better CPARS past performance score. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. MDT, limited to three personnel per company. Liquidated damages of $843.98 per calendar day apply for failure to meet performance deadlines absent causes beyond the contractor's control. Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov and SPRS. Service Contract Act wage determinations apply for Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming counties covering the MAF locations.
