About this file

This is a Memorandum for Record documenting the controlled unclassified information (CUI) release procedures for Project Number GHLN 25-0346, titled "Replace Fire Suppression/Sprinkler heads at MAFS," issued by the 90th Missile Wing (AFGSC) of the Department of the Air Force on 16 April 2026. The memorandum establishes requirements for contractors seeking access to CUI drawings and related project documentation. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.204-7021 cybersecurity requirements by completing a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) assessment or NIST SP 800-171 evaluation in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The NIST SP 800-171 assessment must be completed within the last three years and achieve a minimum score of 110, or contractors must submit a plan of action to attain this score. If CMMC certification is available, a Level 2 certification is required for eligibility.

Once assessment verification is confirmed in SPRS, contractors must request documents via email from Ms. Natalie Martinez (natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil) and Ms. Andrea McCurry (andrea.mccurry@us.af.mil), with CUI materials provided through a DoD SAFE Link (safe.apps.mil). The memorandum mandates strict information safeguarding protocols, including prohibitions on reproduction or public release without authorization, proper destruction of materials using cross-cut shredders producing 1mm x 5mm particles or smaller, and compliance with NIST SP 800-171 Revision 2 and NIST SP 800-172 security standards. Contractors must sign an acknowledgment form confirming receipt of Attachment 7 (CUI Drawings Final) and agree to return all CUI materials with their proposal submissions. Questions regarding these requirements should be directed to the F.E. Warren AFB Civil Engineer Squadron at (307) 773-4086.
