About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the United States Air Force on April 22, 2026. The amendment modifies solicitation FA461326Q0007, issued by the Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming (Code FA4613). The contracting officer is Andrea M. McCurry.

The amendment adds FAR Clause 52.211-11, Liquidated Damages-Supplies, Services, or Research and Development (September 2000), which was identified as a missing clause in the original solicitation. Under this clause, if the contractor fails to deliver supplies or perform services within the specified timeframe, liquidated damages of $843.98 per calendar day of delay shall be assessed. The contractor is not liable for liquidated damages if delays result from causes beyond the contractor's control and without fault or negligence. The clause further specifies that if the government terminates the contract under the Default-Fixed-Price Supply and Service clause, the contractor remains liable for liquidated damages until the government obtains delivery or performance of similar supplies or services, in addition to excess repurchase costs. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
