About this opportunity
The United States Patent and Trademark Office seeks to procure patent data and document management services through request for proposals number 1333BJ20R00151004. The selected contractor will manage the entire patent application lifecycle from initial filing through final disposition, including front end processing, pre-grant publication, data capture, and post-issuance activities. Offerors must demonstrate their technical approach for meeting the requirements defined in the statement of work, and pricing will be evaluated using fixed unit prices provided over a ten-year base and option ordering period. Proposals are due by August 31, 2020.
The solicitation does not designate any set-asides. The NAICS code is 541511 and PSC code is R699. Pricing templates indicate contractors may receive volume percentages between 25-100% of the estimated totals, which include over 3 million pages of pre-grant publications and post-allowance patent grants processed annually. The place of performance will be the contractor's facilities, with all work delivered electronically to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
