About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for precast panel repairs to the Miami International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower located in Miami, Florida. The Federal Aviation Administration Southwestern Region requires repair services including cleaning, concrete surface preparation, fiber-reinforced polymer composite strengthening, new sealants and flashing. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and submit proposals in accordance with Sections L and M of the solicitation by June 30, 2022. An optional site visit is available and questions regarding the solicitation are due by May 2, 2022.
This is a total small business set-aside requirement under NAICS code 238990 and PSC code R499. The incumbent contractor is unknown. Offerors must demonstrate past performance and price proposals. The precast panel repairs will address approximately 30 linear feet of cracks, replace all panel joint seals, and coat the entire panel surfaces at the Miami International Airport facility over a proposed performance period of 183 calendar days.
