This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.301 (a)(2)(ii). NAVFAC EXWC intends to award a task order to Aptim Federal Services LLC to perform repairs to Red Hill Tank 5, located at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; without providing a fair opportunity to the remaining seven contractors on the GPOL MACC. Award is anticipated to be made in August 2018, at an estimated cost of $1,500,000. The Government estimates the duplication of cost to be $903,000, and does not believe those cost would be recovered through competition. The J and A redacts specific costs (that total to $903,000), and DoD ID numbers of the signatories.
