About this opportunity

The Oklahoma Air National Guard seeks HVAC replacement and repair services base-wide at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, with proposals due September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside; the small business size standard is $19 million.

Place of performance is Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The procurement is structured as a Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR Part 15 (Competitive Negotiation), with the base CLIN 0001 requiring replacement of two rooftop units at Building 402 (Carrier Model 48TCED12A2A5A0A0A0) and three optional CLINs: chiller replacement at Building 020 (CLIN 1001), compressor replacement at Building 240 (CLIN 1002), and system replacement at Building 230 (CLIN 1003). The Building 230 Communications Vault system must be replaced with a new 3-ton minimum CRAC unit with dehumidification and humidification capability, integrated to the building automation system. All work must commence within 30 days of notice to proceed and complete within 180 calendar days, with a completion deadline of June 4, 2027. Construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds are required within 10 calendar days of award.
