About this opportunity
The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to establish multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide logistics support services including mail and material handling, shipping and receiving, light and medium truck transportation, moving services, supply, warehousing, inventory management, dispatching, and courier services to various sites. The solicitation seeks vendors experienced in these services to support FBI locations in major cities across the United States. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to perform under one of two seed task orders for the National Capital Region or Redstone Arsenal. The evaluation will use the tradeoff process defined in FAR 15.101-1. Questions are due by May 18th and proposals are due June 6th, with anticipated awards the week of September 18th.
The competitive set-aside is for 8(a) small businesses. The NAICS code is 541614 and the PSC code is R799. The total programmatic capacity is $165 million and performance will be in the United States at sites in Washington D.C., Quantico, Pocatello, Huntsville, Clarksburg, and other locations. The FBI anticipates the future task orders will be a hybrid Fixed Price, Level-of-Effort (FP/LOE) (IAW FAR 16.207) and Cost Reimbursable for travel, material, ODC’s and insurance if required. The anticipated period of performance will be a base year with four annual options. The solicitation will also request pricing for an additional six-month option after the fourth annual option.
