Instructions:
Section II shall be completed by the Offeror and provided back to the FBI with their proposal submittal. A past performance evaluation board member may contact the point of contact (assessor) for the past performance sample submitted to complete Sections III through VII. The past performance sample shall be relevant to the scope the FBI is requesting and recent (current or completed with the last five year of the release of this RFP).
