Assistant Supervisor Assistant Supervisors report to the Site Supervisors or the Deputy Project Manager. Each Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the management of employee performance. Assistant Supervisors are responsible mail center operations, moving, hand delivery, or over a particularly large project or group of projects. On-Site Assistant Supervisors must be capable of performing all management and coordinating functions as assigned by the Site Supervisor, or Deputy Project Manager, and will, when required, attend periodic ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and project managers.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Team leader over personnel to ensure compliance with standards and operating procedures and the requirements of this contract. The On-Site Assistant Supervisor shall confer with the Site Supervisor or Deputy Project Manager to address problems related to the personnel employed under this contract and assist in the resolution of all personnel problems.

Assist in providing on-the-job training in methods and procedures to newly assigned staff, and develop visual aids, as required, to promote operational efficiency.

Assist in data gathering for various productivity reports, and conduct internal surveys as directed.

Resolve working level complaints and/or problems and resolve other operational problems within the scope of this contract.

Ensure that routine maintenance on equipment is performed and participate in system changes to accommodate increased workload and FBI organizational changes.

Ensure that adequate personnel are available to accomplish required work, and initiate replenishment actions for expendable supplies furnished by the Government.

Trains mail center clerks and maintains employment files.

Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department including job assignments and scheduling.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Schedules and prioritizes mailroom services.

Picks up, delivers, and processes interdepartmental and external (U.S., international) mail, parcels, and other materials.

Operates mailroom machinery including postage metering and document insertion equipment; performs basic maintenance as needed.

Maintains and develops records for billing, inventory, mailing, and parcel shipping.

Orders materials and supplies needed for the mail center.

Develops and maintains relationships with vendors, departmental customers, and other related individuals.

Oversees and maintains mail center budget.

Negotiates maintenance and new purchase contracts for machinery.

Oversees gathering, storage, and redistribution of surplus property.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience Excellent managerial skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work.

Ability to use or learn to use mail center equipment and software.

At least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience to provide necessary knowledge and abilities.

Must be able to travel as needed.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing over 70 pounds.

Has comprehensive knowledge of general support services functions provided under this contract Has working knowledge of the operation and use of personal computers.

Has good communications skills Has experience supervising from three (3) to five (5) contract employees Able to assist newly assigned Contractor personnel by providing on-the-job training in processing methods and procedures Able to resolve working level complaints and/or problems which arise concerning services Able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and adjust equipment to accommodate increased workload and organizational changes Willing and able to perform any routine duties, as required, to ensure contract requirements are performed correctly and on time

Bus/Motor Coach Operator (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) The Bus/Motor Coach operator transports personnel according to assigned schedule and locations and may operate radio or similar device to communicate with passengers. Bus/Motor Coach operators shall possess a Class B CDL with passenger and/or air brake endorsement along with any other state or federal requirements.

Responsibilities include, with close, limited, or little to no supervision, but not limited to:

Operator will clean and/or service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories Perform all pre and post trip inspections Keep records of trips Assist with loading and unloading luggage compartments Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip

Perform Automotive Fleet Support task as needed

Answer customer and client inquiries Perform additional tasks as required by superiors

Entry Level:1+ years prior experience working in related field.

Deputy Project Manager The Deputy Project Manager reports directly to the Project Manager. The Deputy Project Manager will assume all duties assigned to the Project Manager, in his/her absence. This position is responsible for supervising Site Supervisors, Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors. In addition, the Deputy Project Manager will monitor daily operations of the contract and will have the overall responsibility of managing workforce performance and be the principal point of contact for the Contractor with the Government.

Supervising mailroom employee outcomes by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures

Attending weekly staff meetings with the Unit or COR to review and plan actions concerning scheduling, priorities, and performance issues.

Meet with the COR to resolve contract issues.

Ensures the Government’s operational needs are being met and address any problems on site.

Authority to discipline Contractor personnel employed under this contract.

Meets operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews;

implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.

Maintains customer service objectives by monitoring daily operations; resolving claims that require manual review or technical support for mail processing operations.

Consistently reviews systems and makes necessary adjustments where needed, including resources/staffing. Researches and resolves escalated calls, review and resolve complex claims that have not been resolved by staff.

Maintains and improves departmental operations by monitoring system performance;

identifying and resolving operations problems; supervising process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.

In absence of the Project Manager, serves as acting Project Manager.

Handles hiring on the contract

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or logistics, or related field.

Minimum of 3 Years experience as a supervisor or team lead in a mail center or warehouse Minimum of four years supervisory experience in handling time-sensitive, service-oriented functions Has experience supervising ten (10) to thirty-five (35) contract employee's Excellent managerial skills Excellent communication skills.

Document Specialist - Logistics Responsible for maintaining, updating, and creating new content for the unit’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Understand the goals of the Logistics Programs Technical writing and documentation to collect input from the Government leads and other team members

Driver Courier The Driver/Courier drives an automobile or light truck to deliver messages, documents, packages and mail to various business concerns or governmental agencies, may occasionally transport office personnel and visitors, perform miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail to and from the post office and sorting or opening incoming and outgoing mail.

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Accepting payments for delivered items.

Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of related experience.

Valid driver's license.

Clean driving record.

Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.

Equipment Specialist (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) The Heavy Equipment team is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, load-testing, and repair of Heavy Equipment to include forklifts, aerial lifts, pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and other items. Other functions include liaising between vendors and FBI partners, coordinating ‘stand-in’ equipment, and disposition of end of lifecycle items.

Responsibilities include, with close, limited, or little to no supervision, but not limited to:

Provide annual preventive maintenance and repairs on all material handling equipment to include, but not limited to, pallet jacks, pallet trucks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and ATVs.

Coordinates, schedules, and notifies the site POC of upcoming visits to complete maintenance, evaluations, and repairs.

Assist and coordinates with the Property team when applicable

Mid Level 3+ years prior experience working in related field.

Senior Level 5+ years prior experience working in related field.

Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications Strong oral and written communication skills.

Fleet Coordinator (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) Fleet Coordinators are responsible for the lifecycle of vehicles, to include receiving, outfitting, issuing, maintaining, repairing, disposing, and all other relevant duties which may be associated. They also support events and reservations by staging vehicles at hotels, airports, and other various locations.

Responsibilities include, with close, limited, or little to no supervision, but not limited to:

Receive daily reservations and maintenance schedules Maintain cleanliness of vehicles Refuel vehicles as needed Perform non-critical maintenance to include, but not limited to battery change, wiper blades install, license plate install, jumpstart dead batteries, air tires, flat tire spare replacement, vehicle lockout, lightbulb replacement, key fob battery replacement, and minor interior trim replacement

Monthly vehicle mileage input into government database Bi-Monthly tracking of manufacturer recalls Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs IAW FBI guidelines and manufacturer recommended schedules

Input maintenance into government database Update spreadsheets Liaison with repair facilities Input maintenance quotes into government system for payment Maintain accurate and complete records, files Run reports (milage, expiring tags, disposal) Preforms other related duties as assigned

Furniture Installer (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) Furniture installers assemble, disassemble, install, and relocate office and related furniture systems.

Responsibilities include, with close, limited, or little to no supervision, but not limited to:

Responsible for timely and correct installations Maintain personal tool inventory Attend all installation meetings and uphold safety requirements Coordinate with other units to set-up furniture for events Load and unload large items to and from box trucks Drive trucks to and from delivery locations Support ‘desk-to-desk’ relocations across FBI Redstone locations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

HazMat Specialist The Hazmat Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe handling, packaging, and delivery of hazardous materials (hazmat) received in the mailroom. The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and procedures related to the handling of hazmat. Under general supervision, coordinates projects involving hazardous chemical waste and other chemical safety issues. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and university policies and procedures. Conducts training programs in area of specialty.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Receive and inspect all incoming packages to identify and segregate those containing hazardous materials

Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for all hazmat shipments in accordance with federal regulations

Conduct hazard assessments and determine appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for handling hazardous materials

Coordinate with other departments and external service providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of hazardous materials

Maintain inventory of hazmat materials, monitor usage and reorder when necessary Develop and maintain procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, including spill response and emergency procedures Provide training and guidance to mailroom staff on proper handling and storage of hazardous materials Conduct routine inspections of the mailroom to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hazardous materials handling Maintain all necessary records and documentation in accordance with federal regulations and company policies Work with regulatory agencies as needed to maintain compliance with hazardous materials regulations.

Inspects mail/packages for compliance with environmental health and safety regulations; advises users of the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Identifies other chemically contaminated items for sampling, testing, removal, decontamination, and disposal.

Coordinates the disposal hazardous materials.

Develops and conducts new employee training programs in the areas of infectious wastes, hazard communication, asbestos, poly-chlorinated biphenyls, and other hazardous substances.

Advises management on potential hazardous materials and makes recommendations as required.

Maintains records such as hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests and associated documents.

Responds to hazardous materials spills such as oil, acid, and mercury; implements clean-up plan.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in hazardous materials handling, shipping, or receiving Knowledge of federal regulations related to the handling and transport of hazardous materials (e.g. OSHA, DOT, EPA) Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and communicate with staff at all levels Ability to wear appropriate PPE for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of transport and disposal procedures for safe handling of hazardous chemicals and/or radioactive materials.

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

Knowledge of transport and disposal procedures for safe handling of toxic gases, infectious materials, asbestos, PCBs, and other hazardous substances.

Skill in performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.

Inventory Management Specialist (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior level) An Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory levels of a warehouse. They work closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure that inventory levels to meet customer demand. Responsible for managing, reporting and self-assessing Government Property as applicable to each unit. This includes the maintenance of records and issuance of required Government owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition or termination. Position includes support of the Government`s annual audit of the Government property management system.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.

Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures Establish and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment processes Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve inventory visibility and accuracy Coordinate with FBI Divisions and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory Identify and resolves inventory discrepancies Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Maintains control of government property utilizing Government systems.

Ensures compliance for accounting, management and care of government property from acquisition to final disposition.

Continuous monitoring and evaluation of asset locations.

Prepares reports for lost, damaged, surplus, or destruction of Government Property Monitors transfer of property across divisions in accordance with FBI policy Submits service requests as required to manage the transfer of property

Inputs purchases of accountable property into FBI systems.

Gathers, interprets, and analyzes data regarding accountable property and presents findings to management.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Logistics Analyst Contributes to the implementation of logistics software. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and creating new content for the unit’s communication sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Understand the goals of the Logistics Programs Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services provided and standard operating procedures Participate in the assessment of multiple programs and their requirements and document results properly Deliver quality SharePoint solutions using leading edge patterns and practices with teams

Responsible for the design of, architecture, development, deployment, operations, administration of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions

Develop and/or maintain interfaces in SharePoint and other programs Perform monitoring, support and debugging in test and production environment Identify and resolve problems Work with team members to understand requirements and make the appropriate recommendations Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements Provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing

Logistics Management Specialist (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) A Logistics Management Specialist is responsible for managing the movement and distribution of good and materials to ensure timely delivery to customers. This position works closely with logistics personnel, vendors, and customers to ensure that all logistics processes are efficient and effective. Logistics management specialist must be informative and skillful to acquire the desired business outcomes. Along with planning and coordinating the logistics dealings, the logistics management specialist responsibilities include the job of predicting, warehousing, and accurately distributing the products or commodities of the FBI and organize and determine the motility of cargo, commodities, goods, materials, and services.

Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures to optimize the movement of goods and materials.

Monitor transportation schedules to ensure on time delivery of goods and materials.

Manage logistics data including transportations costs, shipping, schedules, and delivery times.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the movement of goods and materials Identify and resolve logistics problems to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials Evaluate logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.

Communicate logistics information to customers and internal stakeholders Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, customer, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Mail Processing Clerk Performs clerical and physical tasks in connection with receiving incoming and outgoing shipments. In performing day-to-day, routine tasks, follows established guidelines. In handling unusual non-routine problems, receives specific guidance from supervisor or other officials.

May direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling goods being received and delivered. Inspects, inventories, and documents incoming and outgoing shipments. Assists with special inspections. Receiving duties typically involve the following:

verifying the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records, checking for damaged goods, ensuring that goods are appropriately identified for routing to departments within the establishment, and preparing and keeping records of goods received. Delivers shipments to recipients. Inspects, inventories, and documents outgoing shipments of merchandise / property. Assists with special inspections. Material Handling Laborer

The Material Handling Laborer can use equipment to move, load, unload, stack and unstack various bins, intermediate, bulk, hazardous stock, and equipment. Material handling duties include receipt, storage, and shipment of various items in accordance with established procedures or regulatory guidance, to include hazardous materials. May work in either an automated or non-automated warehouse or open storage area. May use automated equipment such as computer terminals, bar code wands, and laser scanning equipment to read, store, query, route, and track data. Performs hand delivery and moving services.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Receive verbal or written general instructions from supervisors and relay information, priorities, and work assignments to other members of the group to satisfactorily complete the assignment.

Report back to supervisor with progress of work process and any problems encountered.

Read work order, or follow oral instructions, to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.

Based upon knowledge of warehouse location system: determine proper location for items being processed (received, stored, inventoried); open and close containers;

perform required warehouse functions; complete process transactions in automated accountability system.

Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and shelves, by hand or through use of MHE; Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.

Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.

Secure lifting attachments to materials and convey load to destination or hoisting operators to move load to destination.

Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.

Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, or other containers.

Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.

Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoist.

Clean work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.

Collects and disposes of CT trash. Sorts through CT Trash. Ensures that CT trash items are disposed of properly in accordance with FBI guidelines.

Must have the ability to obtain a material handling equipment license/certification, to include having and maintaining proficiency in standard or specialized equipment operation required to load or move materials and products (such as starting, stopping, accelerating, maneuvering, and backing).

Must possess a thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and plans and be able to utilize automated equipment and systems to scan, route, bar code, access materials, fill item requisitions, stow items, and process receipts.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Material Handling Mechanic The warehouse mechanic / Repair Technician will perform maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment to include but not limited to; Pallet Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Burden Carriers, and Work Assist Vehicles used throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Huntsville.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Inspects fleet to ensure equipment is operating properly and safely.

Identifies and quarantines equipment requiring repair, notifying supervisor of inoperability.

Performs regular maintenance on the fleet to include preventative maintenance.

Removes unsafe equipment from facility operating area and notifies supervisor.

Repairs equipment as needed.

Maintains a stock of regularly required materials for repair.

Notifies supervisor of required stock and job specific materials for order in a timely manner.

Manages received materials and provides necessary invoice fulfillment information.

(Date received, quantity, condition) Evaluates equipment upon completion of repairs, prior to return to service.

Coordinates, schedules, and notifies site POC’s of upcoming visits to complete maintenance, evaluations, and repairs.

Ensures the MHE storage and maintenance areas at each site are kept in a safe and effective manner. Notifies supervisor of potential enhancements or concerns.

Maintains repair log for fleet of equipment and verifies completion of daily checklists.

Move Coordinator (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) Move Coordinators are responsible for the movement and/or relocation of heavy and/or bulk items. This may include, but is not limited to, recycling materials, hazardous materials, unit materials, and bulk amounts of documents. Move coordinators are set up chairs and tables to support events.

Responsibilities include, with close, limited, or little to no supervision, but not limited to:

Coordinate with other units to set-up furniture for events Load and unload large items to and from box trucks Drive trucks to and from delivery locations Support ‘desk-to-desk’ relocations across FBI Redstone locations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Mid Level 3+ years prior experience working in related field.

Senior Level 5+ years prior experience working in related field Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications Strong oral and written communication skills.

Project Manager The Project Manager will have the overall responsibility of managing workforce performance and work required within the scope of this contract and shall serve as the principal point of contact for the Contractor with the Government. The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, shipping, inventory/supply, mail center, fleet, and move projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget. The Contractor shall designate the Project Manager with responsibility for managing all requirements of this contract. In the absence of the Project Manager, the Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for these matters.

The Project Manager is responsible for attending weekly staff meetings and other periodic meetings as required, to include, but not limited to, weekly joint meetings with the COR and his/her designee to review and plan actions concerning scheduling, priorities, and performance issues. The Project Manager is responsible for visiting warehouse/mail service locations and future locations on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis as directed by the Government to ensure operational needs are being meet and to address any problems on site.

Plan coordinate and manage all warehouse and mailroom projects, including developing project plans, defining project tasks and resource requirements, and developing timelines and schedules.

Meet with the COR on a weekly basis or as requested Provides the COR with cost estimates (move estimates, contract estimates, or modification estimates) Attending weekly unit meetings and other meetings with unit stakeholders Monitor project progress and performance to ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved withing prescribed timeframe sand budgets Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project estimates status reports, and other project related documents.

Work with move coordinators to facilitate moving projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors ensuring they meet deliverables Manage project budgets and resources, tracking project expenses and managing project staff

Quality Assurance Clerk The Mailroom Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all incoming and outgoing mail in a fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals

Collect outgoing mail and packages from various departments and ensure they are properly addressed and packaged for shipment

Verify the accuracy and completeness of all mail and packages, including verifying the sender and recipient information, tracking numbers, and contents

Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department or individual for resolution

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all mail and packages received and shipped Operate mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scales, and sorting machines Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to mail and package handling and delivery Assist with the coordination and scheduling of special mailings or shipments, as needed Assist with other mailroom duties, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management, as needed

Service Order Dispatcher Receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers’ requests for service received through the Building Operations Center (BOC). Records information, such as name, address, and service to be rendered. Distributes work orders to service crew. Schedules service call and dispatches service crew. Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service. Keeps record of service calls and work orders. May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using various means of communication.

Receive and process customer service requests via phone, email, or online platforms

Assign and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for repair and maintenance services

Tracks the number of monthly BOC tickets for statistical purposes Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of service orders and technician availability Update customers on service appointment status, estimated arrival times, and any changes to the appointment schedule Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service orders, including customer information, service history, and technician reports Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely completion of service orders and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for service technicians Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Ship and Receiving Clerk The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods and products for a company or organization. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and products Record and track all incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management software

Verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation

Coordinate the shipment of goods and products to customers, vendors, and other locations

Prepare and process shipping labels, invoices, and other documentation as needed Manage and maintain inventory levels of goods and products in the warehouse or storage areas Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed to move and store goods and products Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments as needed Communicate with customers, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and products Maintain a clean and organized work area Deliver packages and other items throughout a government site Use a package tracking software and scanner to deliver package Research employee locations in the FBI directory to ensure packages are going to the correct employee. Make corrections to addresses if needed.

Shipping Specialist (Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level) The Shipping Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
