The contract will be structured with multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) covering quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance; corrective maintenance; irregular maintenance; other direct costs; and detachable pantograph maintenance across 16 Army fuel facilities. Small business participation goals have been established at 20 percent overall Small Business, 5 percent Small Disadvantaged Business, 2.5 percent Women-Owned Small Business, 3 percent HUBZone, 4 percent Veteran-Owned Small Business, and 3 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
