About this file

This file is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix F Facility Maintenance Plan for a fuel point located at Camp Santiago in Salinas, Puerto Rico. The facility consists of two 25,000-gallon underground storage tanks supplying four diesel dispensers with eight total hoses, operating from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. The detailed maintenance plan provides a comprehensive breakdown of equipment maintenance requirements, including specific maintenance schedules for various components such as dispensers, filters, hoses, emergency shutoff valves, nozzles, and storage tank systems.

The document includes a detailed task matrix with unique component identifiers, maintenance frequencies, and specific references to Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) sections. Key maintenance tasks cover equipment like dispenser cabinets, emergency eyewash/shower stations, static grounding systems, and underground storage tanks. The maintenance plan follows a structured approach with instructions for tracking equipment, generating component unique identifiers, and documenting manufacturer requirements, system availability impacts, and special considerations for each maintenance task.
