About this file

This file is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix F for Facility Maintenance Plan at the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) in Southport, North Carolina. The document details a comprehensive maintenance plan for fuel storage and transfer facilities, specifically covering three fuel tanks (Tank 71 Mogas, Tank 180 Diesel, and Tank PS50 Diesel) located at the main service station and rail head. The facility serves as a critical transfer point for weapons, ammunition, explosives, and military equipment for the United States Army.

The maintenance plan provides an exhaustive inventory of facility assets, including detailed specifications for various components such as ball valves, centrifugal pumps, electric motors, dispenser systems, fueling nozzles, and underground storage tanks. Each asset is meticulously cataloged with unique identifiers, manufacturer information, UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) section references, and maintenance requirements. The document includes instructions for generating component unique identifiers, tracking maintenance schedules, and ensuring system availability, with specific attention to operational areas like railcar load/unload stations and vehicle fueling service stations.
