About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix F for a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) for the Isla Grande fuel facility located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The facility has two 5,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks for aircraft fuel, with a single refuel hose and issue/receipt pump. The maintenance plan details comprehensive maintenance requirements for various fuel system components, including emergency vents, static grounding systems, mechanical tape gauges, filter separators, loading fuel hoses, and other critical infrastructure.

The maintenance plan specifies detailed maintenance frequencies and special considerations for each component, following Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) guidelines. Key maintenance activities include periodic inspections, coalescer changes every three years, valve overhauls, and system-specific maintenance tasks. The document provides a structured approach to tracking and maintaining fuel system assets, with each component assigned a unique identifier (CUID) and specific maintenance protocols, ensuring the ongoing operational readiness of the fuel storage and distribution infrastructure.
