AMENDMENT 0006
Amendment 0006 is hereby released. This amendment corrects the labor hours for the base yr and options listed in Attachment L-7, tab "Labor Totals", Classification CLIN X002, Surge, T&M. The hours have been changed FROM 4,800; 6,000; and 6,545 TO 2,400; 3,000; 3,275 respectively. The hours now match the hours listed in the table in Section L, paragraph 6.6.1.2. The changes are in tab "Labor Totals", cells C39; I39; and O39. This is the only change to Attachment L-7. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their proposal is complete and accurate. The proposal due date remains unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0004
Amendment 0004 is hereby released. Section L, paragraphs 6.1 and 6.6.2.1 have been changed. Attachment L-7 DCGS Cost Model has been corrected. Formulas in the spreadsheets are for example purposes. Offerors and subcontractors and/or teaming partners may correct and/or modify the spreadsheets to fit their accounting system. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their proposal is complete and accurate. The proposal due date remains unchanged.

Amendment 0003 is hereby released. The following paragraphs have been changed in Section L: 6.1; 6.6.1; 6.6.1.1; and 6.6.2.1. Amendment 0001 is hereby released and Solicitation Questions and Answers are posted. The proposal due date is extended till 1100 CST, 31 Mar 2015. The Government is not accepting any more questions. When proposals are delivered, you may use the following numbers to contact personnel to notify them the proposal has arrived:

.NOTICE OF SOLICITATION RELEASE
The DCGS Solicitation is posted. Proposals are due 1100 CST, 24 Mar 2015. All correspondence/questions/etc. shall be with the Contracting Officer (Yvonne Camarce, 210-977-2038, yvonne.camarce@us.af.mil) only. Please ensure proposals are valid for a minimum of 180 days. Due to the quick time frame, questions will be accepted through 1300 CST, 2 Mar 2015. DO NOT SUBMIT QUESTIONS AFTER 2 MAR 2015. The Government anticipates making award during September 2015. The NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M.

Notice of revised RFP Release Date, Change in NAICS Size Standard, and Posting of Questions and Answers to Draft Documents.
The RFP release date is expected to be in Feb, 2015. The NAICS code for this requirement remains 541330. However, the exception for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons will be applied to this requirement which increases the size standard to $38.5M. The questions and answers (Q&As) to the draft documents are now posted. Offerors are reminded the Q&As are for the draft documents only and therefore should read all final documents when the RFP is released. If answers from this Q&A differ from the final documents in the RFP, the final documents in the RFP will prevail.

This is to clarify the response date for questions/comments.
All questions/comments are to be submitted to the Government no later than Thursday, 6 Nov 2014, 1700 CST. It is highly encouraged for interested parties to submit questions/comments on the draft documents now. The questions/comments will be consolidated and answers will be posted.
The 25 AF/PK at Lackland AFB, TX has a requirement for engineering and technical tasks to include information technology (IT) services in support of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AFDCGS) weapon system as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 14 October 2014. The request for proposal (RFP) will be made available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 24 Nov 2014. This action is 100% set aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, with a small business size standard of $14.0M.
This will be a multiple award IDIQ contract with a one year base period plus two 12-month options. Work will span across 25th AF organizations and associated units located in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS). Primary locations of performance are Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), Virginia; Beale Air Force Base (AFB), California; Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB, TX; Fort Gordon, Georgia; Fort Meade, Maryland; Kadena Air Base (AB), Japan; Ramstein AB, Germany; Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Osan AB, Korea; and associated guard and reserve organizations.
Award shall be made using Full Trade-Off Source Selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Draft copies of the PWS, Sections L&M, and attachments are posted for review and comments.
