| PWS Task 3.1.2 | Senior Programmer/Technical Lead | The Contractor shall meet the Air Forces ISR mission requirements with special emphasis on the DCGS/Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination System (PEDS) Operations. Manage website database design, implementation, integration, content management, planning, documentation, Graphical User Interface (GUI) design, troubleshooting 24x7 support for UNICORN and shall be the web development team for the Wing, creating and editing web applications. Advances the weapon system through quick development and fielding of web application tools to include installs of patches, system testing and documentation. Updates and modifies UNICORN, and the 480th ISR WG Tasking Toolset applications. Additional web sites and applications will also need to be updated on an as-needed basis. Ensure newly created programs used by the 480th ISR WG are maintained and developed to industry standards and shall not delay process and response time. Work closely with the Wg Program Managers to ensure all the web related development and UNICORN development needs of the Wing and the DCGS are met. Provides quick response to capabilities submitted by users and approved by the Wing for incorporation into the application to allow flexibility to the overall weapon system capability. B) within 6 months of task order start date, must at least hold and maintain a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (Web Application) certification C) within 6 months of task order start date be DoD 8570 certified (IAT II) and registered in the Defense Workforce Certification program (https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/appj/dwc/index.jsp) and maintain certification D) have a Bachelors degree in a corresponding field related to Computer Science and minimum eight (8) years of related experience, or Associates degree in a corresponding field related to Computer Science and minimum ten (10) years of related experience E) Have knowledge and experience in maintaining and developing a virtual machine environment utilizing VMWare F) Have proficiency in HP Fortify, use, reporting and incident rectification

Generate full-spectrum mission plans utilizing theater guidance and partnering with distributed mission planning partners to achieve preeminent ISR effects. Generate U-2 navigational tracks to collect multi-intelligence data on enemy targets in support of theater combat, strike, and no-fly zone enforcement plans. Builds collection emphasis requests to enhance and refine collection during high-altitude missions. Adhere to Theater SPINS, Baseline & Daily Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA) Annex, Air Tasking Order and Airspace Control Order. Deliver mission plans on-time in accordance with DCGS and Reconnaissance Squadron contracts. Plan and execute imagery collection for U-2, Global Hawk, Reaper and Predator reconnaissance missions.
