About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (SF 30) for the W912QR24R0034 contract to construct a KC-46 Two-Bay Maintenance/Fuel Cell Hangar at March Air Reserve Base in California. The amendment (Amendment 0005) includes multiple key modifications: updates to wage determinations (CA20250025 dated 28 March 2025), addition of new contract clauses such as sustainable products and services, Drug Free Workplace, and prohibition on unmanned aircraft systems, and removal of certain previous clauses. The amendment also replaces the Price Breakout Schedule and revises multiple specification sections and plan sheets for the hangar project.
The solicitation covers construction of facilities totaling approximately $45 million, with a size standard of $45 million and NAICS code 236220. It is a full and open procurement with a HUBZone 10% price evaluation requirement, utilizing a Best Value/Tradeoff Acquisition approach. The project involves constructing a two-bay maintenance hangar and associated facilities, with various optional line items including specialized equipment installations, flooring treatments, and facility accessories. Bidders are required to submit proposals through specific channels, with technical inquiries to be submitted via PROJNET.
