What does this mean for the project?
USACE will reevaluate the PLA requirement in the solicitation.
A report is due on 05 February 2025 from the Government to the COFC detailing the proposed timeframe required to address the inclusion of the PLA in the solicitation.
Louisville District will issue any changes to the solicitation via AMDT including any changes related to the PLA requirement in the solicitation.
